Do we need prior dance experience?
Not at all! Lessons are designed for complete beginners. DJ Scott-e breaks down rhythm, footwork, and simple turns tailored to your comfort level. If you can walk you can dance and if you can't walk, I can work around this.
Can we bundle dance lessons with our DJ package?
Yes! The dance tuition is designed for couples booking Elite DJs Perth and can be added to any of my Perth wedding DJ & MC reception packages.
How many lessons do we need?
Most couples achieve a polished, relaxed 2-to-3 minute routine in just 2 to 4 private sessions depending on their chosen song. I strongly recommend practising between lessons as this will cement what we go over. I'll also video the steps so you have a reference to practice to.
Where are the dance lessons held?
The best place for your first dance lessons are in the comfort of your own home! This takes away the nervousness of visiting a dance studio and ensures that you learn the steps at a quicker pace.
Do you do dance lessons for couples that have already booked their entertainment elsewhere?
I'm more than happy to work with couples that have already secured their entertainment for their wedding day. Most DJs don't understand the technical side of dancing—I'm fortunate that I come from a dance background and am happy to make your first dance special.
